Full SYNCHRONISED access to your emails from anywhere in the world:
This means that you can send and receive emails from anywhere in the world and whatever you do will be updated on the Managed Exchange server.
When you get back to the office all your email activity is updated and you carry on as normal.
Also access your calendar, public folders, contacts list, meeting planner and task lists.

Limited and harder to access your emails from anywhere in the world:
Your emails are NOT SYNCHRONISED. This means that all of your email activity is at the PC level; ie when you get back to the office, whatever you have done from a remote PC, has not been updated and you may find that your email box at work is clogged up with emails you have already read and/or you cannot track emails that you sent from the PC you used whilst away.
You then have to sort through your emails again.
