How do I find a specific product?
There are two ways you can search for a product. The first is to select a product category to browse from the navigation bar on the left of the screen. The second is by entering a search string in the search field at the top of every page. Then simply browse the search results to find the product you want!

How do I use the shopping cart?
You first need to add at least one item to your shopping cart - you can do this by either clicking the "Buy Now!" link, or clicking the "Add to Cart" icon at the top of the product detail page. You can then browse the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "View Cart" icon.
If the product you are ordering is available for more than one Operating System (OS), you will be prompted to select the OS version you require.
To order more than one copy of an item, view the contents of your shopping cart, click on the "Modify Cart" link and change the "Qty Ordered" field for that item and click the "Update Cart" button.
When you're satisfied that your shopping cart contains the items and quantities you desire, click on the "Checkout" icon to proceed to the online checkout page.

Your shopping cart is telling me I must have JavaScript and Cookies enabled. Why is this?
To keep track of the items placed in your shopping cart Group Services uses Session Variables. Session Variables are a form of Cookie, except that they are non-persistant (they will be destroyed once you cancel or complete your order). As with all Cookies, these variables can only be accessed by the web server that placed it, and we we will not pass your details on to any third party without your permission. How do I use the online checkout?
Once you click on the "Checkout" icon, you will be asked to enter your name and delivery address details. You will also be asked to provide a phone number to speed communication should there be a problem with your order. The information you enter here will not be passed on to any third party without your permission. Click here to read our full privacy policy.
You will then be taken to the Checkout screen where you are asked to review your order and delivery details carefully before proceeding. Upon clicking the "Pay Now" button your name, e-mail address, order number and order amount are transmitted to the National Secure Internet Payment Service (N-SIPS).
Follow the prompts to make your secure online payment (protected by industry standard SSL technology). Your credit card details will then be validated and you will be informed as to whether your purchase was successful, after which you will be automatically redirected back to Group Services to receive final order confirmation.
To avoid possible delays in the shipping of your order, you must wait until you are redirected back to the Group Services online store and receive your confirmation notice!!

Can I add additional items to an order once I've been through the checkout?
Once you have clicked the "Pay Now" button on the Checkout screen to N-SIPS, your shopping cart session is canceled and you cannot add more items to your order. If you wish to purchase more items, simply place another order.
If you have not yet clicked the "Pay Now" button, you can continue shopping and add more items to your shopping cart as normal.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
We can deliver any of the Network Associates Upgrade stock to PO Boxes. Unfortunately the rest of our product line does require a street address for shipping, as these products are typically delivered by courier.

How much do you charge for delivery?
Shipping is calculated on a per-item basis and depends on the type (size) of the package* and the country being shipped to. The tables below list the base rates of shipping charges (prices exclude GST).
